This is a non-union positionWe are looking for a Specialist Initiative & Change Management (ICM) to manage projects from planning through delivery and ensure alignment across business this role youll develop program and project charters build project plans manage scope schedule and deliverables and support change management and governance activities. You will work directly with Business Sponsors Business Leads and crossfunctional project teams to deliver business results and ensure coordination across initiatives.

What You Will Do:
Project Leadership
Act as the primary contact for all project management activities.
Develop project charters manage scope track risks and coordinate execution.
Build and manage detailed project plans and master schedules.
Apply the ICM stagegating methodology and use standard tools and templates.
Conduct QA/QC on project deliverables and collaborate with Business Analysts.
Prepare business cases complete current/future state assessments and support system implementation planning.
Provide consistent project governance including biweekly and monthly performance and risk reporting.
Balance workload across multiple projects in varied subject areas.
Business Process & Change Support
Contribute to business process optimization and harmonization efforts.
Assess change impacts develop change management and communication plans.
Identify interdependencies across initiatives and ensure alignment.
Support ICM leadership and flex between Project Manager Business Analyst and Change Lead roles for special projects.
Act as Business Partners with GTM Operational Excellence Change Management resources.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner with GTM Training resources to ensure training needs are defined and delivered.
Collaborate with GTM TIS teams to support system enhancements and implementations.
Serve as a project manager for crossfunctional areas such as asset management pipeline integrity facility integrity work management and compliance.
Scope & Impact
Contribute to the successful delivery of ICM projects that may impact large portions of the organization.
Provide innovative solutions to GTM Operations and add value by improving safety efficiency and work execution.
Challenge traditional thinking and support continuous improvement across GTMO.
Who You Are:
You Have:
University degree or equivalent experience.
PMP Six Sigma or related certifications (preferred).
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in oil and gas.
Experience in business process optimization and field operations project support.
Ability to translate highly technical information for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical critical thinking communication and facilitation skills.
Project leadership experience with ability to influence without direct authority.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Project SharePoint) MS Project MS Visio MS Teams and PM tools.
Ability to operate in both business and IT contexts.
Preferred:
PMP or PBA certification.
Six Sigma certification.
Change management experience (e.g. ProSci).
Internal audit experience.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid work model (office and remote).
Minimal travel unless assigned to fieldrelated projects.
Overtime may be required.
Frequent sitting computer work and communication; occasional walking/standing; may lift up to 20 lbs.
Role involves managing multiple competing priorities and influencing across the organization.
