At Thompson Law youll help injured clients stand up to insurance companies corporations and negligent drivers by crafting powerful demand letters that drive meaningful settlements.

What Youll Do
- Draft persuasive demand letters outlining liability medical treatment and damages
- Review and summarize complex medical records
- Build logical evidence-based arguments supporting settlement value
- Work directly with attorneys on case strategy
- Meet weekly production goals in a fast-paced environment
What Were Looking For
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to review and understand medical records
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with catastrophic injury cases
- Willing to complete a writing sample during the interview process
