Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Controller to join our finance team. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110000 to $130000. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations ensuring compliance with regulations and leading the finance team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including billing accounts receivable accounts payable and financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards including GAAP.
• Implement effective financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Coordinate tax planning and compliance to maximize financial efficiency.
• Provide strategic input to senior management regarding financial decisions and growth opportunities.
• Train and mentor finance team members to ensure professional development and performance excellence.
• Review and enhance financial policies and procedures for best practices.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Must Haves

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Experience in a manufacturing or service-oriented industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced financial software.
