We are now hiring our first Sales Manager to support the go-to-market efforts across our portfolio companies. This role is a hybrid between a relentless SDR a cool-headed AE and a fearless explorer of uncharted territories.
You will work directly with founders and venture builders to bring new products to market generate pipeline close first customers and build scalable sales processes from scratch.
Tasks
- Own outbound lead generation across email LinkedIn and calls
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls
- Run product demos and support deal closing
- Set up and improve CRM processes and reporting
- Support onboarding of early customers
- Continuously test learn and optimize the sales funnel
- Help define GTM strategy and ICPs/ideal buyer personas across portfolio ventures
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales (SDR AE or similar)
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- High level of ownership and willingness to take responsibility
- Hands-on mindset and interest in building things from scratch
- Structured working style and ability to prioritize
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Curious motivated and eager to learn
- Interest in technology startups and venture building
