We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Director - Insights and Analytics
In this role you will:
- End-to-end analytical support to technology change delivery from requirements documentation and design tocoordination of technical deployment and testing.
- Lead on data analysis informing requirement scope and with the Product Owner to ensure that all key stakeholders are appropriately considered and engaged duringanalysis and implementation
- Chair kick-off meetings regular status updates and other to workstream and programme governance structures including regular updates to the PMO andProgramme Leadership and MI as required.
- Monitor and escalate risks issues and dependencies as appropriate
- The jobholder must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with various colleagues across the Business
- Finance Data and IT who may have their own conflicting local pressures
- The jobholder must possess the ability to prioritize effectively and manage stakeholder expectations successfullywithin strict time limits.
- The jobholder must be able to communicate effectively across a global organization and across time-zones andcross-functional teams. This may include (but not limited to): business/technical requirements objectives successcriteria performance measures timelines risks and key dependencies
To be successful you will:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in finance and technology transformation (E)
- Business analysis skills and end-to-end understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle from requirementsdocumentation to deployment and testing
- Experience in MI / dashboard level of competency in Microsoft Office applications in particular MS Excel
- Strong understanding of business / finance concepts and terminology within a banking environment
- Skilled in data analysis research validation and documentation
- Detail oriented capable of delivering work to a high level of accuracy
- Strong self-starter enthusiastic problem solver ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills stakeholder management and above all a team player
