HR Business Partner
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our international operations across Africa and Europe. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes acting as a strategic partner for business areas and ensuring an excellent employee experience aligned with QGMIs culture compliance standards and sustainable workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including:
- Definition and update of job descriptions according to business needs
- Publication of job vacancies (LinkedIn and other platforms)
- Active sourcing and CV screening
- Candidate interviews and evaluation
- Coordination with Hiring Managers
- Management and coordination of strategic business proposals across African and European markets
- Monitor hiring processes and support onboarding of new employees.
- Act as International HR Business Partner for Africa and Europa regions.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including:
- Follow-up interviews and exit interviews
- Employee relations management
- Contract updates (role changes addendums new contracts)
- Coordinate employee registrations terminations and updates in HR and benefits platforms (Digital HR Systems Insurance Corporate Systems etc.).
- Manage expatriate and local employee processes across Europe including documentation tracking and systems updates.
- Administer HR platforms including roles permissions and access management.
- Oversee time tracking remote work arrangements absences vacations and leaves.
- Execute HR administrative processes and internal HR helpdesk support.
- Develop review and update HR policies procedures and internal regulations.
- Support HR audits and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Promote safe ethical and sustainable workplace practices aligned with QGMIs Code of Ethics and Compliance policies.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources HR Business Partner or similar roles.
- Experience in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
- Previous experience within infrastructure/project environments is a plus.
Education
Technical or University Degree in:
Human Resources Psychology Law Business Administration Economics or related fields.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint) and HRs platforms.
- Knowledge of labor regulations occupational health & safety and environmental standards.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
Languages
- Spanish or Portugues and English mandatory.
- Additional European languages (French or German) a strong advantage.
