Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You will play a key role in workforce planning talent development organizational design and change management contributing to both employee engagement and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable people plans including workforce planning capability development and organizational design.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee engagement performance management and talent development.
  • Lead talent review succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Support change management initiatives ensuring cultural alignment and employee readiness.
  • Monitor key HR metrics (turnover engagement productivity) and use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams (Learning Compensation People Services Recruitment etc.) to effectively deploy HR programs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related topics and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies local legislation and best HR practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or masters degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience as an HRBP
  • Advanced knowledge of HR practices workforce planning and talent management.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is a strong plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic approach to execution.
  • Excellent communication facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes talent development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for insights and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities; comfortable working in dynamic environments.
