As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You will play a key role in workforce planning talent development organizational design and change management contributing to both employee engagement and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable people plans including workforce planning capability development and organizational design.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee engagement performance management and talent development.
- Lead talent review succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Support change management initiatives ensuring cultural alignment and employee readiness.
- Monitor key HR metrics (turnover engagement productivity) and use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR teams (Learning Compensation People Services Recruitment etc.) to effectively deploy HR programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related topics and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies local legislation and best HR practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 57 years of experience as an HRBP
- Advanced knowledge of HR practices workforce planning and talent management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is a strong plus.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic approach to execution.
- Excellent communication facilitation and influencing skills.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Deep understanding of HR processes talent development and organizational effectiveness.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for insights and recommendations.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities; comfortable working in dynamic environments.
