Job Summary

Collect information and participate in analyses for decision-making cost reduction and the improvement of processes and products. Modify prepare and propose the necessary documentation to record improvements ensure their standardized implementation and support the development and training of operational personnel in new procedures. Ensure improvements are maintained on the lines aiming to prevent customer complaints and support the maintenance of the continuous improvement system that can be implemented and evaluated across all shifts and AFL plants.

Qualifications

35 years in a role as Process Engineer Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineering or Quality developing and validating new products and processes.
Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
