Job Summary
The Recreational Gymnastics Supervisor is a full-time exempt position under the direction of the General Manager/Gymnastics Coordinator. The Recreation Gymnastics Supervisor School Aged is responsible for the planning development and oversight of recreational gymnastics programs. This position designs and implements lesson plans and curriculum for school-aged boys and girls gymnastics programs as well as special events ensuring age-appropriate curriculum progression skill development and participant safety.
Primary Duties
The Supervisor works as part of a team to recruit hire train schedule and supervise gymnastics staff providing ongoing support evaluation and professional development to maintain high-quality instruction and customer service standards.
In addition to administrative and supervisory responsibilities the position includes coaching approximately 15 hours per week delivering engaging and structured classes that promote strength coordination and confidence in participants.
The Recreation Gymnastics Supervisor ensures a safe positive and well-organized environment for participants and staff while supporting the overall goals and operations of the facility.
