Job Summary

Vice President Health Technology Solutions

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top-Secret level security clearance

Status: Exempt

Location: Hybrid within 1 hour of Vienna VA

Position Overview:

The Vice President Health Technology Solutions is an executive responsible for driving sustainable growth for a 200 employee company in the IT federal contracting space concentrating in Health Services across multiple agencies while maintaining compliance delivery excellence and strong customer relationships across federal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution Health Practice
Develop and execute a focused growth strategy aligned to federal market opportunities and company capabilities concentrating in the Health market.
Drive revenue new growth through a combination of recompetes organic contract expansions and targeted new business pursuits.
Lead Business Development Capture and Proposals to strengthen pipeline quality win rates and go-to-market execution.
Identify priority agencies contract vehicles and customer segments for expansion.
Ensure seamless handoff between capture proposal and delivery teams to support win-to-execute excellence.
Use market intelligence customer feedback and performance data to inform growth investments and decisions.
Support partnerships teaming arrangements and M&A integration efforts as applicable.
Establish clear growth metrics dashboards and accountability frameworks.

Strategic & Executive Leadership
Serve as a trusted thought partner to the COO & EVP/GM on Business Development strategy execution and organizational health.

Success Metrics
Organic growth of existing Health Practice of $2M or 10% Annually
Book Prime contracts worth $25M.
Submit Prime contracts worth $100M.
Maintain a $500M Qualified pipeline
