Housing Grant Analyst 2 (Multifamily Housing Underwriter)

• Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration/public administration urban planning or political science; AND 4 courses or 12 months experience performing in financial underwriting of multifamily &/or single-family housing loans or bonds; AND must be able to provide own transportation.
• OR 36 months training or 36 months experience in performing financial underwriting of multifamily &/or single-family housing loans or bonds; AND must be able to provide own transportation.
• ORequivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Necessary Job Skills for Success: Housing Accounting & Finance Business GAP Analysis Planning & Development Interpreting Data Analyzation Reasoning Time Management Priority Setting.

Background Requirements

• The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
