Where Youll Make a Difference
- Monitor daily plant performance and lead problem-solving efforts.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to prevent recurring issues.
- Analyze process data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Maintain Standard Operating Conditions and control plans for key operations.
- Collaborate with shop-floor teams to share knowledge and reinforce discipline.
- Partner with IT to advance AI-driven process optimization.
- Support new product launches and supplier qualifications with R&D.

- Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong oral communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.

- Experience with advanced process optimization or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
