Job Title:
Senior Patent Renewals Specialist.
Qualification:
Matric or equivalent qualification
Experience working on Patricia and CMS will be advantageous.
Minimum Requirements:
10 to 15 years of administrative experience.
Receiving bulk renewal instructions and setting and updating terms.
Acknowledging all bulk renewal correspondence.
Checking and dispatching bulk renewals reporting renewals including discrepancy letters to client.
Assisting with entering of bulk renewal.
Assisting with MTO and lapses checking when required.
Checking and lodging individual renewals when other Senior Patent Renewals Specialist is on leave.
Experience working on Patricia and CMS will be advantageous.
