The Role:
Were looking for a highly organised detailorientated Project Manager to work closely with our Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure our product delivery engine runs smoothly. Youll bring structure visibility and accountability to crossfunctional initiatives that power some of our most important product outcomes.Youllbe the primary contact for client engagement and will work across multiple delivery workstreams.
WhatYoullDo:
- Serve as a key point of coordination for clientfacing updates related to product delivery ensuring information isaccuratetimely and clearly communicated.
- Translate technical or detailed information into accessible summaries for nontechnical stakeholders.
Host and organise client meetings whererequiredto support discussions on timelines risks dependencies and delivery status presenting information in a clear and confident manner.
Produce clear concise updatesandformrecommendations to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with Product Managers & Engineering to prepare clientready materials such as progress updates issue summaries delivery plans and release materials such as progress updates issue summaries delivery plans and release communications.
- Ensure that PMs engineering teams and business stakeholdersremainaligned on scope timelines risks and decisions.
- Build trusted relationships withinternal and externalstakeholders through consistent communication proactive problemsolving and a focus on outcomes.
- Establish and own reporting frameworksincluding dashboards project updates milestone trackers and risk logsto provide consistent visibility to stakeholders.
- Proactivelyidentifyrisks issues blockers and crossteam dependencies before dependencies before dependencies before theyimpactdelivery.
- MaintainaccurateRAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) and escalate appropriately
- Coordinate with ProductEngineeringandother teams to ensuretimelyissueresolution and adherence to commitments.
- Spot gaps in processes communication or structure and suggest datainformed improvements.
- Drive consistency and predictability across product workstreams through better documentation repeatable processes and smooth operational workflows.
Who You Are:
- You have experience in managing multiple workstreamsandare looking for an opportunity to own the delivery in a supportive but independent environment.
- Proventrack recordin project or programme management within product
- Strong organisational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams and driving clarity in ambiguous or fastmoving teams and driving clarity in ambiguous or fastmoving environments.
- Experience withAgile/Scrum/Kanban delivery methodologies and a pragmatic approach to applying structure.
- Previousexperience in consultingin a client facing role ina high-growth tech companywith anexecution-heavy environment
- You instinctivelyleverageAI technologies and tools to accelerate analysis automate workflows and enhance decision-making
- You are proactive and solutionsfocussed andconfident in recommending improvements.
