Were looking for a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality function and drive standards across our Huntingdon & Chesterfield sites. This is a key role for ensuring our products processes and systems consistently meet industry regulatory and customer expectations.
As Quality Manager youll oversee the Quality team Business Management System and act as the sites subject matter expert for all quality-related matters. Youll use your technical knowledge and continuous improvement mindset to reduce nonconformances enhance performance and support our journey towards worldclass manufacturing.
Youll be the central figure ensuring our products are safe compliant and meet the highest quality standards supporting operational performance and strengthening customer trust.
Lead coach and develop the Quality team to deliver consistently high standards.
Maintain compliance with ISO 45001 and 50001 ensuring the Business Management System is effective and audit-ready.
Oversee all QC laboratory testing to ensure products meet batch release requirements.
Manage concession requests NCRs customer complaints and root-cause investigations.
Support internal and external audits including BSI and customer visits.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and 5S principles.
Use Quality Engineering principles to manage risk and minimise the cost of poor quality.
Extensive experience in Quality Engineering.
Strong understanding of compliance auditing and continuous improvement tools.
Ability to lead develop and coordinate a high-performing team.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work cross-functionally.
A practical hands-on approach combined with strong analytical skills.
