YOUR TEAM
Youll be part of the research team within the cross-functional product team. Collaborating daily with engineers product managers legal experts and designers. Each team consists of 67 developers a product manager and a designer who youll support through user research activities such as interviews usability testing and validating design concepts.

You will report toLea Senior User Researcherin at Noxtua who leads the research processes strategy and studies for Noxtua our Legal AI solution. With extensive experience in user research and UX strategy Lea is passionate about user-centric and data-driven development of digital products. She fosters a collaborative and agile work environment ensuring that the right people and teams understand the user insights to realize the right ideas. Lea values ownership and innovation making her an advocate for continuous improvement of existing processes to enhance user-centricity.

Your responsibilities
- Assistswith conducting mostly deep qualitative research studies (e.g. interviews contextual observations diary studies).
- Assistinidentifyingresearch needs with stakeholders and support planning and synthesis of insights from user studies.
- Help analyze user behavior using basic (statistical) methods and tools to contribute to actionable product recommendations.
- Collaborate with researchers product managers designers and engineers on projects.
- Contribute to artifacts like personas journey maps our research insights databaseand reports.
- Prepare and present insights to stakeholders under guidance and advocate forusers.
About you
- Ongoing degree in Human-Computer-Interaction Psychology Human Factors or related field in agermanuniversity
- Fluent in German and Englishadditionallanguages are a plus.
- Basic mixedmethods research skills (interviews usability tests surveys analytics) and the ability to support data translation into user journeys& design recommendations.
- Strong communicationskills for sharing insights and collaborating with teams.
- Empathetic curious organized and motivated to learn in fastpaced environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma/FigJamand a portfolioshowcasingstudent or internship research work is a plus.
