You will also serve as a mentor and informal leader within the Underwriting team sharing expertise on advanced market cases and supporting the development and succession of critical technical knowledge. This position requires exceptional communication and casemanagement skills balancing a strong clientfocused approach with sound riskappropriate underwriting decisions that maintain Equitables competitive position in the one of the regions top employers and be part of something that truly makes a Arrangements:You will work from your home office 100% of the time.
