Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective clients highlighting features performance and innovative technology
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers and returning clients
Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
Negotiate pricing trade-in values and financing options professionally and transparently
Stay current with advancements in vehicle technology safety systems innovations and digital sales tools
Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand
What Were Looking For
Energetic self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with technology and adaptable to ongoing technological advancements
Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships
Automotive sales experience preferred but not required we are willing to train the right candidate
