  • Build and nurture strategic multi-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive top-to-top engagement for alignment on global priorities.
  • Immerse in customer ecosystems to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead complex commercial initiatives (pricing payment terms cost-saving agreements).
  • Embed IFFs value propositioninnovation global reach partnershipinto customer strategies.
  • Resolve conflicts and regulatory challenges escalating when necessary.
  • Leverage consumer insights to deliver solutions that excite customers.
  • Inspire cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and uphold IFF Cultural Principles.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and communicate global commercial strategy plans for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate execution across regions ensuring resource alignment.
  • Set and monitor long-term commercial targets (Sales GP Market Share).
  • Lead annual category strategy ideation and major global projects.
  • Ensure full deployment of IFF capabilities for product superiority and differentiation.
  • Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth while managing P&L parameters.
  • Champion talent development recruitment and succession planning.
  • Monitor account performance and recommend proactive corrective actions.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • 10 years of flavors industry experience including senior commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational strategy and engage/influence stakeholders globally.
  • Strong business acumen and financial proficiency (pricing margin forecasting).
  • Expertise in regulatory and sustainability issues impacting the industry.
  • Deep fragrance knowledge and familiarity with IFF technologies.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and storytelling skills.
  • Global mindset with ability to work across cultures and regions.
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred in Business Marketing Chemistry or Biology.
