An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated lead dispenser to join Long Stratton Medical Partnership on a full-time permanent basis. This role offers the chance to work within a well-established dispensing practice supporting safe effective medicines supply and contributing to high-quality patient care.
Our practice has 5 Partner GPs leading an MDT of 3 permanent salaried GPs an emergency care practitioner an advanced nurse practitioner 2 clinical pharmacists a pharmacy technician a team of registered nurses 3 HCAs and a phlebotomist plus superb teams in reception administration and dispensary along with the surgery management team.

Long Stratton is a small town in South Norfolk 10 miles from the historic city of Norwich. We have 11500 patients on our list a CQC rating of Good and operate from both our main site and a branch site in Newton Flotman. We are also a dispensing Practice with a dispensing list of around 5500 patients. We use SystmOne and run cloud-based telephony which links seamlessly with the clinical system and provides excellent functionality.
We have completed our surgery expansion work with a new wing being added to include 7 clinical rooms. The reason for the expansion is that Long Stratton is being bypassed 2000 new homes are planned and therefore potentially 5000-6000 new patients will be joining us.
