Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Leads drafts and negotiates all forms of company contracts with large and business critical clients.
Drives cross-functional efforts to ensure creation of value adding multifaceted contracts serving as liaison between business legal and finance teams.
Mediates across internal and external stakeholders throughout the contract development and negotiation process.
Manages contract review and approval including compliance requirements.
Strategizes with the business to develop and refine negotiation options during the contract process.
Addresses and resolves disputes arising from contract interpretations breaches or other conflicts.
Provides legal support in dispute resolution arbitration or litigation.
Provides process and procedural advice to less experienced team members business partners and other internal stakeholders on key steps of contract negotiation and management.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Masters degree preferred
