As aService Manager - Duty ManagerWerely on you to:
Improves the overall guest experience during their stay
Supervises and directs the front desk team
Ensures that all colleagues are updated with the current hotel products and services
Monitors all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
Handles guest complaints effectively and efficiently by being responsive and receptive and analytical.
We are looking for someone whohas:

Fully understands room operations
Communicates and writes with fluency in English as well as the local language
Has experience in the same capacity preferably in a luxury hotel
Has strong interpersonal skills
