Your mission
Help build and operate Relus growth engine.
You will define who we target build structured ways to reach them engage directly with customers and contribute to revenue generation.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the definition and refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
Segmenting markets and prioritizing target accounts
Building prospecting and enrichment workflows using tools such as Claude Clay and HubSpot
Executing outbound campaigns and booking meetings
Supporting account development and identifying expansion opportunities
Exploring and validating new segments and geographies
This is a varied role combining commercial execution with structured thinking and automation. You will wear many hats and operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve.
Success is measured in revenue generated.
Your profile
We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical generalist.
You:
Are motivated by ownership and impact
Think in a structured way
Are comfortable learning new tools quickly
Are interested in AI automation and modern sales tooling
Communicate clearly and professionally
Are comfortable engaging directly with customers
Previous experience in sales growth consulting or a startup environment is a plus but not required. Curiosity drive and the ability to learn fast are more important.
