Make your mark for patients
We are looking for aDT Lead AI Solutions who is innovative collaborative and deliveryfocused to join us in our Digital Technology Strategy and Solutions team based in our HQ office in Brussels Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in shaping and advancing artificial intelligence solutions across the this role you will advise on artificial intelligence opportunities design and deliver endtoend solutions and help build sustainable global capabilities. You will work from early prototypes through to robust scalable solutions ensuring ethical use and business value. Your work will span complex data pipelines and modern generative artificial intelligence approaches supporting strategic priorities across multiple business areas.
Who youll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with digital technology colleagues business stakeholders and external partners worldwide. You will collaborate with product leaders engineers and decisionmakers to align artificial intelligence initiatives with business goals. You will also support and coach colleagues contributing to a culture of learning innovation and responsible technology use across the organization.
What youll do
- Design and deliver artificial intelligence solutions from concept to endtoend implementation
- Advance global artificial intelligence capabilities and promote adoption across the organization
- Align stakeholders on solution approaches value creation and ethical considerations
- Identify and prioritize new artificial intelligence opportunities linked to strategic objectives
- Apply agile ways of working to deliver iterative highimpact solutions
- Coach colleagues and manage external contributors to ensure successful delivery
Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills
- Bachelors degree in a technical or quantitative discipline with at least five years of relevant experience
- Strong experience designing artificial intelligence solutions including predictive and generative approaches
- Handson software engineering experience using modern artificial intelligence technologies and data platforms
- Experience working in agile environments and delivering solutions iteratively
- Ability to simplify complex problems into practical highquality solutions
- Strong communication skills and commitment to responsible and ethical technology use
