Job Summary
What does it feel like to be an Operations Engineer in Netcompany
As an Operations Engineer you will:
- Manage daily operations of monitoring and APM tools including AppDynamics Dynatrace Icinga and Splunk.
- Design and evaluate management systems (architecture design tool assessment PoCs pre-production testing).
- Implement new operational solutions (production migration procedure definition operator training tool customization/configuration).
- Define and track operational metrics; recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Masters degree with 8 years of experience or Bachelors degree with 12 years of experience.
- At least 6 months of experience in two or more of the following areas:
- IT monitoring and log management
- Infrastructure performance (fault capacity or security management)
- IT Support (Level 1 and/or Level 2)
- Data analysis IT metrics and reporting
- IT customer support services
- Experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Log Management
- Data Monitoring
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML)
- Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
- Microservices and container architectures
- Cloud-based services
- DevOps methodologies
- AIOps practices
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices in ICT operations.
- Fluency in English.
