HeavyBid HeavyJob Estimator

Alliance Construction LLC is searching for an Estimator with experience with HeavyBid HeavyJob HCSS Suite to train our growing company. HeavyBid & HeavyJob construction software is used throughout the construction process from bidding scheduling to streamline estimating costing and field operations. They drive profitability by ensuring accurate real-time data flow between the office and field and by managing and optimizing software for heavy civil projects.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration: Act as the administrator for HeavyBid HeavyJob Dispatcher Safety.
Data Management: Import budgets from HeavyBid to HeavyJob track daily field productions and manage job costs.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily reports analyze production and provide feedback to management to improve performance.
Training & Support: Train internal personnel on software use troubleshoot issues and serve as the subject-matter expert.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration between HCSS software and accounting/ERP systems.
Estimating:Produce clear accurate bids for both hard bid and negotiated projects

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 3-7 years of experience with HeavyBid HeavyJob for civil Construction.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of the HCSS suite
Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills for team collaboration.
