Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the ongoing production administrative support and custom development of the enterprise ServiceNow (SN) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing production support resolve defects and troubleshoot access controls.
Create and maintain connections between SN and platforms such as GitHub Azure DevOps Server and Active Directory.
Maintain the platform interface for the Service Portal Employee Center and Web Services (API).
Design create and configure Business Rules UI Policies Client Scripts and ACLs.
Configure the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and build custom workflows for HR processes.
Maintain and revise custom JavaScript code within scoped applications.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

Education: Bachelors/Associate Degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
Experience: 7 years of IT experience with at least 5 years dedicated strictly to ServiceNow development and administration.
Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
