Job Purpose or Objective(s):The Revenue Cycle Facilitator supports operational efficiency across revenue cycle functions including call center patient access benefits coordination contracting and revenue integrity teams. You will provide training guidance and resources to improve workflows enhance compliance and strengthen cross-team collaboration. This role requires travel to multiple facilities and a hybrid work environment combining office-based and on-site support.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members introducing revenue cycle processes systems and best practices for call center patient access and benefits coordination teams.
  2. Develop and deliver operational support materials including process guides workflows and system reference tools to improve team efficiency and consistency.
  3. Support day-to-day operational workflows by providing guidance clarifying procedures and assisting staff with process or system questions.
  4. Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges streamline workflows and enhance cross-team coordination.
  5. Support leadership and operational teams in aligning priorities goals and strategies; facilitate communication and coordination between teams and leadership to help ensure operational initiatives and workflows are aligned with organizational priorities; provide guidance and resources to teams to help implement leadership-directed goals effectively.
  6. Review operational performance metrics to identify areas where additional guidance or support may improve team efficiency.
  7. Provide guidance on regulatory and organizational standards including HIPAA and payer guidelines and support teams in understanding compliance requirements.
  8. Provide on-site and hybrid support across multiple facilities to deliver training clarify processes and reinforce operational improvements.
  9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Required Education Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business operations or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 24 years of experience in revenue cycle operations patient access or related operational roles

  • Working knowledge of revenue cycle processes and healthcare operations

  • Good facilitation communication and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with Epic or other electronic health record systems

  • Experience reviewing operational data and identifying trends to provide guidance

  • Certification or willingness to obtain Lean Six Sigma
