Were looking for a Global Brand Experience Manager to join Snap Inc! This role will be based in Singapore but work closely with China and Australia markets. As a member of the Global Brand Experience team you will oversee the conception planning and execution of experiential marketing activations as well as bringing the Snap brand to life in various executions. Youll collaborate with a wide-array of internal teams as well as external partners to produce partner-facing events projects and experiences.
What youll do:
Work with the team to ideate conceptualize and execute Snaps brand experiences and the companys presence at industry-wide events
Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective execution
Coordinate operationalize and execute complex projects on a global scale
Manage curated experiences partnerships and programming
Think outside of the box to bring Snapchat to life spark interest and creativity
Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines and budgets to support all initiatives
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization driving projects across teams and time zones and managing vendors
Partner closely with the Sales Product Partnerships Marketing and Executive teams to help accomplish their strategic goals and generate revenue
Provide post-event analysis budget recaps and incorporate learning into future plans specific to each market
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Superior interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with shifting deadlines
Fluent in Google Applications Apple Applications and Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical and creative mindset
Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional negotiation skills and understanding of contractual agreements with vendors and venues
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to travel as per business needs
Ability to work with teams across time zones
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
10 years of high-performance work experience including experience with event planning
Fluency in Mandarin is required to work effectively with the China events vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the creative tech or media industries
Experience in managing company-wide global initiatives
An understanding of and/or keen interest in augmented reality technology
A passion for Snapchat and creativity
