Role Summary and Impact

Reporting to a Director or Account Lead the Project Manager is responsible for project managing analytics projects across multiple countries for a global retail client. You are responsible for all things project management related; running smooth project kick offs independently manage data collection stage of projects identifying pressure points and helping colleagues and clients in overcoming them ultimately doing everything you can so that projects can be delivered on time. It requires a combination of leadership communication skills project management expertise and dedication.

• Independently manage all aspects of projects running across multiple countries
  • Draw up detailed project plans and keep projects on track accordingly
  • Ensure the smooth running of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify pressure points and help the team overcome these
  • Identify additional areas of process improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their other agencies
  • Organise meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders

• Independently manage data collection stage of analytics projects through timely requests and reminders to those responsible for data provision
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for data provision
  • Manage and meet clients expectations during data collection phase
• Oversee and ensure ways of working excellence within the analytics team
• Assist in managing team resource to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Organise relevant trainings and onboard new team members
• Forge strong client and agency relationships and ensure our work gets in front of the right stakeholders
• Delegate up and down co-ordinating between groups and disciplines
• Mentor project coordinators with responsibility for their growth and development through regular feedback
• Experience managing multiple projects preferably in the media or marketing industry but not essential
• Strong client facing skills with the ability to negotiate and reach good resolutions for all parties involved
• Experience managing various stakeholders
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Keen attention to detail with a questioning mindset
• Excellent knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and project management tools such as Wrike
