Job Summary

Description

We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual Italian who speaks English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish (B2 level or higher).

Your mission will be to provide support to a company specialising in warranties and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage for possible incidents that customers may have.

What do we offer you

  • Temporary contract with a duration of 4 months with real possibilities of continuity.
  • Onsite training within the contract.
  • 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week) from Monday to Saturday.
  • Shift between 9h to 19h. (Two Saturdays a month are free).
  • Salary of 18.500 gross per year.
  • Position in hybrid mode once the learning curve has been overcome.
  • Location: At our hub in Seville (Los Remedios).

What do we need

  • Native or bilingual level of Italian.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish (minimum B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
  • Ability to adapt to the client.
  • Residence in Seville or willing to relocate.
