Role Overview

We are seeking aSnowflake Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Architectwith proven expertise indata platform architecture migration and optimization. The ideal candidate will holdrelevant Snowflake certificationsand have hands-on experience inmigrating large-scale data workloads from AWS to Snowflake. This role requires strong technical leadership solution design and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead theend-to-end migrationof data platforms from AWS to Snowflake.
• Architect and designSnowflake data warehouse solutionsaligned with business needs.
• Ensurebest practicesin performance tuning security and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers analysts and business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Providetechnical leadership and SME guidanceon Snowflake capabilities.
• Document architecture workflows and migration strategies for transparency and reusability.
• Stay updated with Snowflake advancements and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Snowflake certifications(SnowPro Core Advanced Architect or equivalent).
• 8 years of experience indata engineering / data architecture with at least 5 years focused on Snowflake.
• Proven experience inAWS-to-Snowflake migration projects.
• Strong knowledge ofAWS services(S3 Redshift Glue Lambda etc.) and integration with Snowflake.
• Expertise inSQL ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling.
• Familiarity withsecurity compliance and governance frameworksin cloud data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience withPython Spark or DBTfor data transformations.
• Knowledge ofBI/Analytics tools(Tableau Power BI Looker).
• Exposure tomulti-cloud environmentsand hybrid data strategies.
