Brand Marketing
Responsible for delivering strategic and tactical marketing projects including brand campaigns proposition based campaigns and product launches to drive business targets.
Ensuring the delivery of marketing campaigns both ATL and BTL across multiple platforms working closely with channel marketing and digital teams to achieve targets.
Works across all functions to ensure effective use of brand and customer assets and communications.
Works closely with agency vendor to deliver campaigns and marketing assets on time and to budget.
Ensures that all marketing activity is in alignment with overall Brand direction serving as a guardian to ensure brand consistency is maintained across the business.
Alongside the customer experience division serves as a catalyst for change by bringing and outside-in perspective to the business through the sharing of competitor and marketplace insights and trends.
Product Marketing
In collaboration with respective Product Teams develops yearly calendar of product marketing launches/campaigns.
Working with product teams develop value propositions and clearly identifiable messaging including a messaging/identity framework for each product in our portfolio.
Creates high quality marketing assets and tools for product marketing.
Works with internal communications to ensure that all product launches are communicated clearly across the business.
Identifies new ways to develop more engaging product communications.
Digital Marketing
Drive data driven Digital Marketing campaigns using analytics media and martech tools to achieve revenue business goals.
Development and implementation of the customer touchpoint strategy for the company in line with the overall marketing strategy to help achieve the strategic goals of the company.
Drive measurement framework to define optimal or positive return of spends/investments (ROMI ROAS ROI etc) across the marketing funnel using analytics platforms and visualisation tools (dashboard creation).
Manage the relationship with external agencies to drive cost savings and efficiency focusing on AdTech/martech stack (Ad Tech CRM Digital Analytics CMS).
Plan and oversee customer retargeting strategy together with Performance Manager.
Manage and work with media agencies and digital agencies to plan develop and execute brand product and other communication campaigns on the digital medium.
Plan and oversee leads generation campaigns leads management and upsell/cross sell experience within the organization.
Ensure that Performance measurement framework is in place to analyze ongoing digital campaigns owned digital media channels and social media initiatives to track performance and provide insights for optimization of campaigns.
Work closely with the strategic marketing and other teams for executing integrated campaigns.
Measurement
Identifies measurement solutions and provides recommendations fora enhancement by working with other functions or external agencies to gather customer feedback on our products and those of our competitors.
Works with channel marketing/media agency teams to analyse and report progress of respective campaign goals and ROI.
Deliver against Brand strategy with a set of initiatives and development for 2024
Identifies measurement solutions and provides recommendations for enhancement by working with other functions or external agencies to gather customer feedback on our products and campaign (Service Campaign).
Ability to provide Sound creative solution that will help deliver materials against the business objectives and target.
Works with internal stakeholders and agencies (both creative & media) teams to analyse and report progress of respective campaign goals and ROI.
Contribute to the delivery of TOM brand preference amongst the identified target audience based on annual brand health tracker.
Help drive NBP and Policy Holders through a clearly thought out plan for marketing communications and clear messaging framework.
Delivers Marketing activities and campaigns on time and to budget.
Meet the annual targets for TOM brand awareness brand preference and recommendation
Ensuring Marketing efforts contribute to uplift in NPS and leads generation based on the Customer divisions objective
Interfaces with other functions within Marketing Product and Customer Division was well as other functions within the organisation to drive NPS leads generation brand growth and brand preference objectives.

Competencies & Personal Traits
Good spoken and written communication as well as articulate interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team effectively while managing tight timelines and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience driving and delivering communications and working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to deliver on projects.
Working Experience
5 to 8 years of working experience in insurance / banking industry
Education
Degree in Business / Marketing
