Summer Intern, Finance (Jun to Aug 2026) ESF Centre

We are seeking a Summer Intern to join the Finance Department at the ESF Centre from June to August 2026.

Early commencement from mid-May is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry into accounting ledgers
• Payment input and sorting data for year-end reconciliation
• Prepare and post Journal entries
• Prepare update and maintain Excel spreadsheets summaries and analysis
• Assist with fixed assets counts
• Assist in updating accounting schedules
• Assist with invoice checking verification of supporting documents and filing
• Provide general administrative support
• Participate in finance system testing
• Perform filing photocopying and other ad hoc duties as required

Skills / Qualifications:

• Basic accounting knowledge is required
• Good MS Excel skills
• Good oral and written English
• Team player willing to learn
