As a part of our Market Index Services team; you will be responsible for the maintenance of the indexes and improving our systems. You will be a subject matter authority for the Nordics and European markets financial products companies and market participants. This means you will:

  • Perform daily administration of Index processes and procedures as governed by the Index methodologies.
  • Assist in resolving Index production issues.
  • Draft prepare and/or publish Index data related notices and other subject matters through relevant information channels under supervision.
  • Assist with basic and complex customer inquiries.
  • Draft detailed documentation for new and existing Index data sources processes and standard operating procedures
  • Research new data sources to discover and document their strengths and weaknesses
  • Document and contribute to cross-team projects using Confluence JIRA and other tools utilizing the Agile way of working
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Uncover product and infrastructure improvement opportunities; assist in preparation of requirements and cases

  • A degree in Finance Economics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or another relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial markets securities and market data
  • Experience detecting and interpreting corporate actions
  • A Track record of working optimally both independently and with a team
  • Well organized and able to complete multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Excellent Excel skills

This position can be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in officesubject to change) providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
