Job Summary
As a part of our Market Index Services team; you will be responsible for the maintenance of the indexes and improving our systems. You will be a subject matter authority for the Nordics and European markets financial products companies and market participants. This means you will:
- Perform daily administration of Index processes and procedures as governed by the Index methodologies.
- Assist in resolving Index production issues.
- Draft prepare and/or publish Index data related notices and other subject matters through relevant information channels under supervision.
- Assist with basic and complex customer inquiries.
- Draft detailed documentation for new and existing Index data sources processes and standard operating procedures
- Research new data sources to discover and document their strengths and weaknesses
- Document and contribute to cross-team projects using Confluence JIRA and other tools utilizing the Agile way of working
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Uncover product and infrastructure improvement opportunities; assist in preparation of requirements and cases
- A degree in Finance Economics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or another relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial markets securities and market data
- Experience detecting and interpreting corporate actions
- A Track record of working optimally both independently and with a team
- Well organized and able to complete multiple time-sensitive projects
- Excellent Excel skills
This position can be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in officesubject to change) providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
