Job Summary:

A motivated analytical and detail-oriented individual is required to join the team as a

Finance Analyst. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core

finance and accounting functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The individual

will contribute to a wide range of financial processes assist with project-related financial

analysis and support the department in ensuring financial accuracy transparency and

efficiency across all company initiatives. This is a versatile position with room to explore

different areas of finance and grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements variance reports and project-based analysis.
Provide support in developing and monitoring project budgets forecasts and financial planning activities.
Perform reconciliations of accounts and financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy across ledgers.
Aid in maintaining financial controls by supporting internal and external audit processes.
Collaborate with various departments to collect validate and interpret financial data for performance reporting.
Assist with daily accounting operations including processing invoices managing vendor payments and payroll documentation.
Participate in identifying and implementing process enhancements for better efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to support compliance and reporting standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including working with formulas and data analysis tools; experience with accounting software (e.g. NetSuite) is a must.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
High level of integrity reliability and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional finance setting.
