Role Summary
IDEMIA Security Service Center is looking for Senior Operator to lead and handle daily operations during the shift. As theSenior Operatoryou will bedirectly responsiblefor coordinating shiftteamand allactivities on your Service Centeris a critical function withinIDEMIAand you will directly contribute toitsexcellence in both service levels and value it provides the organization.
Key Missions
- To supervise and actively participate in day to day activities during your shift;
- Provide customer service andsupport;
- Respond to escalation and supportrequests;
- Coordinate event managementand lead initialincidentmanagement;
- Assistinappropriate certificationsand inspections of theSEC;
- Monitor and track metrics and KPIs for regularreview;
- Work effectively in a professional friendly manner with a diverseteam;
- Adhere to policies andprocedures;
- Contribute to a high-performing friendly work environment.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- Experience:
- previousexperience in customer support data operations service desk for 2years;
- Skills:
- Strong technicalskills;
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonalskills;
- Ability to work calmly under pressure whilst dealing with multiple issues
- Familiarlywith ticketing systems ITILpractices;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritizerequests;
- Knowledge of operating systems and officeapplication;
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and IT infrastructure is anadvantage;
- Understanding ofusing security applications is an advantage.
- Languages: English mandatory
