CONTEXT / ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager Officer to be a member of the Mobility Business Line CIO office. This department aims harmonizing standardizing and steering key processes part of the office in a decentralized environment and over 4 main regions.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the CIO Office

Ensure the governance of projects

Sustain and develop initiatives

POSITION SCOPE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager Officer your main responsibilities will be:

• Governance CIO Office (Weekly Monthly CTO..)
• Preparing the Quarterly Business Review with the COO and other governances
• Audit Remediation plan implementation and follow-up
• Security Group priorities deployment plan tracking (MFA DRP IAM)
• Security issues closure follow-up
• PPM governance (Bi-monthly PPMC) Dashboarding
• QoS remediation plan follow-up
• Headcount monthly follow-up

REQUIRED SKILLS & profile

• Strong autonomy flexibility adaptability and pragmatism
• Very good written communication (English)
• Ability to synthesize and convey messages effectively through PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to coordinate and drive stakeholders in a complex organization
• Work in local and remote multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to understand business and technical issues
• Ease with formalism (PowerPoint / Excel / Word/PowerBI)
• Fluent in English
• Teamwork.
