Job Summary
Engineering Maintenance & HSE Director
for the site Borgo San Michele LT Italy

Your key responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Engineering & Maintenance department including plant budget and investment management.
- Coordinate project implementation activities for new departments and modifications of existing areas by supporting all the phases of the project (from conceptual to detailed design URS in compliance with current legislation GMPs and company EHS criteria).
- Ensure implementation of sustainable programs to oversee the site general maintenance (equipment utilities buildings & facilities) with continuous improvement and applying GEP.
- Ensure monitoring of the site supplies (electricity gas water etc) in compliance with the certifications Authorities requirements energy savings and digitalization.
- Responsible for the implementation of a program for corrective preventive and predictive maintenance of production machines GMP utilities and supporting supply.
- Supervise and manage general services with or without external companies support.
- Ensure the Capital Master Plan definition execution control and maintenance.
Your profile
- Engineering degree.
- 10-15 years of experience in managerial roles in either Maintenance area Engineering and Equipment Qualification applied to pharmaceutical equipment and infrastructures (e.g. ISPE guidelines GEP).
- Extensive Technical know-how about most updated technology in heating and cooling systems sterile equipment and OSD manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with brownfield/greenfield expansion projects possibly in sterile manufacturing.
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety local regional and national laws and regulatory.
- Experience with application of Lean methodology (Six Sigma TPM 5S).
- CDMO pharma manufacturing is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
