Job Summary

Your mission
  • Actively promote and sell XCMG forklift products to existing and potential dealers within the assigned area
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers
  • Identify new business opportunities prospect new clients and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and support sales development and forecasting activities
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals negotiate commercial teams and close deals
  • Track orders and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with internal departments
  • Collaborate closely with the Forklift Product Management to align sales strategies and product positioning
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market developments proposing effective sales
  • Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and industry events
Your profile
  • Proven experience in sales preferably within the industrial equipment or material handling sector
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
  • Ability to work independently willingness to travel
