As a Junior Groups & Events Sales Executive youll be the first touchpoint for our clients from first enquiry to confirmed business.

• Handle Groups & Events enquiries with speed precision and style
• Turn client needs into tailored proposals
• Support conversion from opportunity to confirmed business
• Work closely with all departments to bring events to life
• Keep the sales pipeline active organized and moving

This is not just admin.

• Respond to enquiries (email phone systems) in a timely brand-aligned way
• Qualify leads and identify business potential
• Prepare proposals quotations and support contracting
• Follow up consistently to drive conversion
• Support upselling across rooms spaces F&B and experiences
• Coordinate with Operations F&B Rooms and Events teams
• Support BEO preparation and operational handovers
• Keep CRM and pipeline updated and accurate

• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
• Fast-paced multi-tasking ability
• Team player with positive energy
• Passion for luxury hospitality and events
