Associate, Product Manager
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Product Manager.
In this role you will:
- Responsible for supporting the Regional CCM Services Lead and Head of CCM Product & Design on development and delivery of the overall lending product strategy.
- Design initiatives and ongoing management of CCM lending products and processes aligned to propositions segmentation and participation models.
- Anticipate future market conditions in a changing context (incl. pricing risk regulatory and customer insight); and drive product performance within this context. The role holder will develop detailed understanding of the regional/country requirements and will work to deliver our global CMM product within these parameters.
- Drive the global strategy development management oversight and governance of CCM products
- Support implementation of a consistent Target Operating Model (TOM) as well as the development of business tracking / performance metrics e.g. portfolio analytics pricing tools etc.
- Support local product initiatives and government schemes where relevant.
- Contribute to the performance of the lending product including the lending risk indicators and monitoring activities.
To be successful you will need:
- Credit and Lending experience. This could be from various areas of the E2E Credit & Lending journey e.g. RM or RM support; Credit Services; Operations; Risk; Product.
- Ability to deal with complex requirements
- Ability to meet exacting timescales
- Background working in cross-functional teams to drive requirements capture
- Experience working within a frontline team or as part of a function which closely supports frontline teams.
- Evidence of self-development across a number of disciplines
