DUTIES: Under direct supervision to perform various types of work such as but not limited to:

Lawn mowing
Brush cutting & clean up
Yard work
Painting
General clean-up of grounds and building.
In Powerhouses under direct supervision of a qualified regular employee to perform general cleaning and painting.

QUALIFICATIONS: Should be physically able to do heavy work under all conditions.

Pay: $20.77/hr. per the CBA
