Zoom is evolving beyond meetings into an AI-powered communications and customer experience platform creating exciting opportunities for Solutions Engineering to influence how customers adopt and realize value from the technology.
Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity strong collaboration skills and the confidence to lead without heavy enablement or prescriptive playbooks. You will partner closely with sales product and regional stakeholders to re-energize cross-functional engagement strengthen execution and advocate for the needs of your team. You will also lead from the front acting as the senior technical leader for strategic customers across EMEA.
This is a high-autonomy role in a fast-moving environment ideal for leaders who thrive in complexity enjoy building while operating at scale and want the freedom to define their own strategies and operating model. The role is ideally based in London to enable close collaboration with key stakeholders and offers the opportunity to help shape what leadership and Solutions Engineering look like at Zoom as the company enters its next chapter of growth.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach they play a pivotal role in expanding Zooms global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of AI-enhanced virtual collaboration and customer engagement.


Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing managers and individual contributors across Europe the Middle East and Africa
  • Serving as the senior technical leader for key customers and partners across EMEA
  • Setting and executing regional technical strategy aligned with customer and business needs including the adoption of AI-powered communications and customer experience solutions
  • Partnering with sales product and engineering leaders to support growth and customer success
  • Resolving complex customer and technical escalations with clarity and accountability
  • Representing the region in planning resourcing and continuous improvement efforts


What Were Looking For
  • Experience leading pre-sales engineering teams in SaaS vendors especially in UCaaS and CCaaS
  • Setting technical or solutions strategy in a customer-facing environment
  • Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences
  • Partnering effectively with sales product and engineering functions
  • Applying strong judgment in customer escalations and high-impact decisions
  • Demonstrating experience with cloud-based communications or collaboration platforms
  • Experience positioning and delivering AI-enabled solutions in a customer-facing role
  • Having experience with platforms comparable to Zoom
  • Have drive ambition and a positive attitude
