Your Tasks

Support marketing digital shopper and trade marketing areas;
Support market and business analysis and new product launches;
Close collaboration with sales team to ensure alignment of marketing shopper and trade initiatives with pharmacy ecommerce and modern trade activation plans;
Support cross-functional communication with medical and regulatory affairs training demand planning and procurement departments;
Support PO issuing and invoice approval processes;
Admnistrative and analytical support to the department.

Your Profile

Hard Skills:

Degree in Business Admnistration Economics or related field;
Excellent analytical skills to analyze market data and performance metrics;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint);
Power BI knowledge (as a plus).

Soft Skills:

Proactive and results-driven;
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
Team player with a collaborative mindset;
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Availability for office inPaço de Arcos(min. 3 days a week in office 2 days home office)
