DISHER is partnering with a motorcycle manufacturer in Grand Rapids Michigan to fill their Material & Logistics Manager this role you will take full ownership of material flow warehouse operations and logistics across all company programs and associated inventories. You will oversee the full lifecycle of materialsfrom inbound components to outbound shipping of finished motorcycles. This role is critical to ensuring that the companys factory warehouse and ecommerce operations scale efficiently as the business grows.

What youll get to do:
- Own end-to-end materials and logistics operations from inbound components to outbound finished motorcycles and ecommerce shipments.
- Ensure uninterrupted production support through Kanban replenishment accurate inventory management and cross-functional coordination with Planning Purchasing Engineering Quality and Production.
- Oversee receiving labeling put-away binning cycle counts and ERP transactions to maintain real-time inventory accuracy and traceability.
- Optimize warehouse layout space utilization storage systems and material flow to support production ecommerce fulfillment and scalability.
- Manage multiple inventories and brands including company production materials finished goods and legacy/third-party ecommerce inventories.
- Align physical inventory ERP data and ecommerce platform inventories to prevent shortages oversells and fulfillment delays.
- Lead outbound logistics including freight coordination documentation packaging standards and on-time delivery to dealers and customers.
- Develop implement and maintain SOPs for material flow inventory control shipping ecommerce fulfillment returns and Kanban processes.
- Design and own a standardized RMA process across all ecommerce platforms and inventories including intake inspection disposition restocking and system reconciliation.
- Lead train and develop the warehouse and material handling team while ensuring OSHA compliance and safe equipment operation.
- Establish and track KPIs related to inventory accuracy material availability fulfillment performance space utilization and labor efficiency.
- Support forecasting budgeting continuous improvement initiatives and operational scaling as the business grows.
What will make you successful:
- 48 years of warehouse/materials/logistics experience in manufacturing.
- Proven leadership managing warehouse teams.
- ERP proficiency (Intuitive/Aptean a plus).
- Strong understanding of Kanban and lean material flow.
- Forklift certification or ability to train/certify operators.
- Experience improving inventory systems (binning labeling scanning cycle count).
