Who were seeking: The All We Can Save Project is looking for an accomplished proactive and thoughtful Programs Lead (30hr/week) reporting directly to the Head of Programs. This remote role will primarily support our Climate Wayfinding offerings communications via our digital channels and funding related initiatives. This is a term position beginning March 2 2026 with a planned ramp-down in September 2026 and potential for extension.
As a startup were looking for someone who can flow with the intentional yet emergent nature of our work hold a variety of projects/tasks with joy and attention to detail and collaborate effectively with team members and other partners. Climate knowledge and passion are vital for this role and well be looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience in program design and delivery as well as communication.
Candidates who are women BIPOC LGBTQIA immigrants parents or have other related lived experiences are warmly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
We envision that core responsibilities for the role will span the following areas:
Programs
- Plan design and implement learning and community programs related to Climate Wayfinding including project management and program operations.
- Conduct program-related research and synthesize information/insights for the team.
- Execute survey creation data analysis and program evaluation.
- Communicate with and support program participants and partners; build a sense of community.
- Manage program-related documents slides and spreadsheets (Google) and project plans (Asana).
Communication
- Draft copy for newsletters social posts and website; manage feedback/revision process with team.
- Partner with our contracted creative agency to manage updates and posting to digital channels including our website (Squarespace) email newsletter (MailChimp) social media (Instagram LinkedIn) and key resources in Notion.
- Manage incoming communication to the Project via the general inbox and social media.
Funding
- Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals reports and other related communications to support annual funding priorities.

- Lives in NYC and is willing to travel to New Haven CT on a bi-monthly basis.

Compensation: Multiplier & The All We Can Save Project provide a comprehensive compensation package including competitive salary ($85000 annual salary) excellent medical and dental benefits retirement savings and generous vacation and sick leave policy.
