- Collaborative Planning Experience: A proven ability to work within a team environment
specifically sharing planning responsibilities and engaging in collective PPA (Planning Preparation and Assessment) sessions. - Inclusive Pedagogy: A track record of creating high-standard learning environments where every child regardless of background or need feels represented capable and supported.
- Creative Curriculum Delivery: Experience in (or a strong commitment to ) designing and delivering a broad exciting curriculum that integrates English and Maths into wider more creative contexts.
