Location:Remote- must be based in the UK.
Contract:Permanent 35 hours per week.

Join Our IS Team as an Oracle Systems Analyst Payroll
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst to join us on a remote basis within the UK. As Action for Childrens subject-matter expert for Oracle Fusion Payroll you will provide advanced technical support and ensure the effective configuration maintenance and optimisation of payroll systems. Your remit will includethough not be limited tomanaging and enhancing Elements Fast Formula and Pension configurations while applying strong knowledge of UK Payroll legislation. You will drive continuous improvement support system development and collaborate closely with Oracle technical teams and key organisational stakeholders to help deliver a reliable compliant and efficient payroll service.
How youll help to create brighter futures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and Oracle Fusion Payroll developments.
Provide technical expertise to resolving complex incidents and issues in line with ITIL Incident Management methodology.
Analysing business requirements and translating these into functional specifications for Oracle applications.
Develop monitor and regularly assess Oracle Payroll system configurations and disaster recovery procedures consulting with technology colleagues and third-party vendors.
Manage system security and user activity.
Plan manage test release and implement significant changes to system provision.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure processes are compliant with statutory regulations and organisational policies and to work with Oracle and other suppliers.
Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff; being their first point of contact for advice and queries.
Operate as technical lead for Oracle Payroll in business change projects.
Lets talk about you
Must have extensive training received in Oracle Payroll.
Extensive experience of working with Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Experience of collaborating with customers clients to meet and deliver on their operational needs.
Experience of applying technical capabilities to resolve problems
Demonstrable work planning capabilities applying project management methodologies.
Organised with ability to prioritise and deliver on work objectives.
Demonstrable collaborative and engaging skills.
Understanding of equality and diversity within the workplace.
Proven ability to develop an understanding of the internal and external environment affecting clients/customers.
Communicating complex technical technological issues to a non-technical audience.
