At Version 1 were delivering some of the UK & Irelands most significant Oracle Cloud transformations. Were looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Test Manager to take ownership of end-to-end testing across high-impact programmes ensuring quality control and confidence at every stage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Test Manager contractor who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading teams shaping strategy and driving delivery excellence.

What youll be doing

You will:

• Define and own test strategy plans and schedules aligned to project timelines
• Lead SIT and UAT planning coordination and execution
• Manage defect triage risk mitigation and stakeholder communication
• Oversee the creation and quality of all test artefacts
• Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream integrations
• Coach teams on test design and scripting best practices
• Ensure delivery meets Version 1 standards and client expectations

Qualifications :

What were looking for

You will have:

• Proven experience as an ERP Test Manager across implementations or upgrades
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end testing lifecycles
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite or equivalent ERP (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA Workday Microsoft Dynamics) environments
• Expertise in test management defect management and reporting
• Experience leading distributed or hybrid test teams
• Familiarity with test automation approaches
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver under tight timelines
